Job Summary

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will provide administrative support requiring accurate typing and spelling. This position will be responsible for timely and accurate data input into databases, spreadsheets, and work orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate must demonstrate ability to plan and organize a heavy workload.
• Adjust to changing priorities, be assertive, creative, work well under pressure, and perform with minimal supervision.
• Will be responsible for daily inputting into databases, spreadsheets and work orders on-line systems.
• Must comply with company safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds.  Safety equipment means clothing and apparatus including, but not limited to hardhat, safety glasses, ear protection, safety shoes, back support belts, gloves and respirators.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two or more years related experience in a similar industry preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must have administrative experience, including working with Microsoft Office products, in a fast paced environment.

Working Conditions

• Normal office environment.

Physical Requirements

• Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.   Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time
