What will your challenge be?


Guarantee the technical, practical and soft skills training of collaborators, coordinators, managers and directors, following the annual training matrix, complying with the integral system and promoting a safe environment in Cement Operations.





Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or related.
  • 2 years of experience in Cement Operations, advance knowledge of cement production process.
  • 1 year of experience in systems for total quality management
  • High level managing Microsoft 365
  • High level of Excel
  • English level - Upper Intermediate


Desirable requirements:

  • Postgraduate studies
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms
  • LEAN manufacturing
