Job Description

Develops enterprise and local applications and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features.Work closely with clients to understand the departmental stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Monitors and ensures operational excellence of Development teams

Main Responsibilities

  • Manages relationship with relevant stakeholders that interact with or receive services from development teams
  • Lead development of the full systems and life cycle management of projects/programs.
  • Manages and appropriately escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated to the product development initiatives
  • Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, ensuring that application development and deployment is done in the best possible way
  • Assure Availability and Performance of applications
  • Maintains issue tracking and documentation systems and provides reporting that ensures proper tracking and visibility of issues and projects

Position Challenges

Interact with development teams to ensure operational excellence

Interact with various P&IT stakeholders and vendors to monitor and ensure meeting of commitments

Qualifications

  • Business proficiency in English
  • 7+ yrs Lead software development teams / Project Management
  • 5+ yrs Software Testing, Quality Assurance and Process improvement
  • 7+ yrs Design processes and assessing a broad range of information solutions and products
  • 5+ yrs Understanding of software development practices, processes and standards
