Job Description

Provide business analysis, formulate recommendations to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas. Read and translate business needs into value generating performance management solutions and processes, by using latest business process management and operational excellence methodologies and frameworks.

Main Responsibilities

 

- Execute global/regional/country consulting services in all phases: discovery, definition, development, and implementation

- Manage cross functional/network/global business process improvement initiatives

- Perform: business process analysis and mapping, business case definition, “what if” scenarios mapping etc

- On demand research about latest technologies, methodologies etc.

- Apply consulting toolkit to proactively identify new service opportunities for process improvement and automation

- Facilitate and lead workshops, engaging stakeholders at different levels in the organisation

- Promote business process management, operational excellence and robotic process automation practice in CEMEX

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Industrial Engineer etc.

Areas of expertise:

  • Optim. 1 year + of experience in Business intelligence and reporting
  • 3 years+ in Business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering
  • Customer experience analysis and improvement
  • Lean Six Sigma, quality management (ideal Green Belt training, certification preferred)
  • Process mining and Robotic Process Automation knowledge
  • BPM (Adonis,Bizagi etc), ERP, CRM or other IT enterprise systems experience
  • MS OFFICE expert
  • Expert in using Process modelling Tools: i.e. Visio
