Job title:  Admixtures Manager

Cemex Egypt is looking for an experienced and strategic Admixtures Manager to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admixtures Manager to lead our admixtures business, driving sustainable growth, profitability, market share, and operational excellence.

This role focuses on developing and executing commercial and business strategies, overseeing cross-functional operations, and strengthening relationships with customers and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of admixture and concrete technologies with commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive product innovation, business growth, cost optimization, and high-performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the admixtures business to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
• Develop and execute business strategies, budgets, and growth plans.
• Oversee commercial, technical, operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain functions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Drive new product development, manufacturing efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and business investments.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams while promoting a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in the concrete admixtures or construction chemicals industry.
• Strong knowledge of admixture technologies, concrete technology, and construction chemicals.
• Experience in commercial strategy, budgeting, P&L management, and business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ready-mix concrete, precast, cement producers, or related construction markets is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, product innovation, and operational excellence.
