Job title: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Objective:
The Human Resources Business Partner supports the development of a high-performing, engaged workforce by delivering strategic HR services across the organization. This role manages employee benefits and welfare programs, coordinates fleet and accommodation logistics, oversees vacation leave processes, and provides expert guidance on HR trends, policies, and initiatives to drive organizational success.
Main Responsibilities include:
Employee Welfare – Administrative Departments
Coordinates all HR related activities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Manage employee benefits administration and enrolment processes.
Payroll Administration
- Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking.
- Resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
- Manage the biometric clock including maintenance and data accuracy.
Vacation Leave Management
Overall responsibility for the Vacation leave management process:
- Manage vacation leave processes, including tracking balances and approvals.
- Prepare vacation leave costings and financial projections.
- Generate and analyze leave accrual reports.
Required Education / Expertise / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and adherence to deadlines/targets
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
Required Experience:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in the field of Human Resources
