Job Description

Coordinate the execution of activities related to mechanical and electrical maintenance, ensuring compliance with reliability, operational efficiency, and standards of order, cleanliness, environmental management, and product quality through the efficient use of assigned resources such as human talent and materials for the entire operation, ensuring all safety rules and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote and lead the development Health and Safety management programs of the plant in whole mechanical maintenance activities.
• Promote continuous improvement by seeking the optimization of processes and maintenance costs.
• Ensure maximum availability of equipment and optimization of mechanical maintenance costs.
• Detect the technical and comprehensive training needs of the personnel in charge and carry out the respective follow-up to the training programs acquired, implementation and application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or related.
• English fluency.
• 3 years’ experience working in Cement Plant with kiln.
• Client-oriented, communications skills, teamwork, negotiation skills, prioritization and decision making.
