Logistics Operations Superintendent

Job Description

• Manage physical distribution of all products through selected channels with the objective of ensuring that all orders are served completely on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
• Physical Distribution - Ensure that all cement products are delivered to clients in good quality and on time; implement and comply to institutional processes IN ORDER TO meet customer requirements.
• Warehouse Operations - Monitor and maximize use of warehousing facilities IN ORDER TO optimize utilization and manage cost efficiency.
• Inventory Management - Monitor inventory reports IN ORDER TO ensure availability of products, minimize losses and breakages, maintain low holding cost and inventory accuracy.
• Personnel Management - Implement of corporate policies and effectively organize and motivate personnel IN ORDER TO meet departmental goals.
• Project Management - Participate and provide inputs in the conceptualization and implementation of assigned projects IN ORDER TO improve departmental processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent
• At least five (5) years relevant experience in distribution / warehousing
• Required Skill(s): Dispatch Operations, Inventory Monitoring, Transport Utilization
• With excellent leadership and analytical skills, time and project management, problem solving, and effective communications.
• Willing to be assigned in Tacloban, Eastern Visayas
• Full-time position available
