Job Purpose

  • Provide on-field support for Technical Concerns for Institutional and Distribution Commercial Teams, through on-field consultations and testing of products.
  • Develop testing and trial programs to enhance client appreciation of products specific to their needs.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Product Support to Clients - Responsible for understanding customer needs &requirements and align it with available products. Manage trial mixes and solutions deployment to clients.
  • Technical Onsite Support – Monitor product performance in concrete for clients and its impact on their businesses and provide further enhancements as needed. Provide training and improved understanding of standards and code.
  • Client Servicing - Secure sample and ensure no sample switching and deterioration due to improper packing. Transport or shipping of samples to certified 3rd party laboratories of the company and client. Be present with clients during actual testing of products. Complaint resolution assistance (Clients- Customers).
  • Monitoring and Reporting of Test Results – Monitor testing and sampling schedules and coordinate with clients. Evaluate and provide recommendations on test results. Conduct analysis of market dynamics and changes, (New products, requirements, and applications).

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Mechanical), Architecture or any equivalent degree
  • With good written and oral communication skills
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Commercial Sales, Cement & Concrete Production
  • Preferably with construction experience
  • Required Skill(s): Problem-Solving and Communication skills, Negotiating, Time-Management, Leadership skills
  • With an understanding of basic concrete technology, construction terminologies and procedures
