Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees Cemex’s mortars division operations, including field support, supply chain coordination, and production efficiency.
• Ensures that all plant activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, meet project timelines, and maintain product quality.
• Monitors plants productivity and overall performance implementing corrective actions as needed
• Partners with Quality Control team, to ensure all products meet quality specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Experience in same or similar position.   
• College degree. Four or more years of experience in purchasing or operations. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills. 
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions
