SMART INNOVATION ANALYST

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented professional to staff the position of Smart Innovation Analyst who will contribute & participate in the monitor & oversee CEMEX innovation portfolio & also to generate analyses that support the decision making process for CEMEX’s venture buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare periodic reports (Power BI) analyzing CEMEX Innovation Portfolio · Prepare financial information & budget tracking for CEMEX’s venture buildings. · Portfolio & Project Management

Position Challenges:

• Develop Power BI reports (UI & UX)
• Prepare periodic reports analyzing financial information
• Multi disciplinary Project Management

• Internal:

Listing of all internal areas with which this role interacts (areas, business units, etc.)

• External :

Country Planning Teams, Controllership, GES and venture building staff.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economy, Engineer or equivalent field of study.
• No previous working experience is required (graduated from College).
• Proficient in Microsoft programs with strong emphasis in developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards & managing complex Excel files.
• Technical Skills: Well known financial statements & business planning expertise
• Managerial Skills: Strongly driven self motivated and hard working.
• lnterpersonal skills: Honesty and Charismatic.
• Observation: Ability to pay attention to specific details.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Solid communication skills: Able to transmit ideas and takeaways.
