Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week

Period of Stay at CEMEX: 6 months, with the option of renewal

Detailed Description of the Project

 

Project Objective

Support with various activities within the Global H&S area.
 

Challenges for the Students

Develop skills in administrative management, creativity applied to presentations, reports, websites, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

 

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out

  • Prepare the team’s weekly activity report.
  • Prepare the monthly global H&S indicators report.
  • Create two monthly H&S messages for OGV.
  • Address regional requests regarding the global dashboard and Intelex.
  • Prepare various presentations for the area.
  • Support information requests from corporate and regional areas.
  • Contribute to activities related to the Global H&S Awards.
  • Update area materials in line with Cemex’s new branding and identity.
  • Prepare global safety alerts.
  • Update the list with the status of F2 reports.

 

Specific Requirements / Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Self-motivation for learning.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams).
  • A plus would be experience with Power BI and data science.
