(CEN) READY MIX APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Description

The objective of the position is to assure the End to End Service, performance and support services for Ready Mix applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Assure End to End service for Business Line Application
  • Analyze Business Applications Behavior
  • Assure Teams integration for End to End Service
  • Every service should go from Help Desk, to Level2, Level3, using the ITIL Process smoothly.
  • Identify if any process or team has issues to assure a smoothly process
  • Define and coordinate necessary action to fix any service break
  • Assure Business Users experience satisfaction
  • Provide visibility of End to End service performance
  • Resolve stability and performance issues
  • Assure the accuracy on application documentation
• CRM Function for Business Line IT-Ops Service Requirements
  • Address operation and project requests to a successful delivery
  • Manage Continuous Improvement Projects

Position Challenges

• Understand the Ready Mix Operation and Applications
• Keep close to Ready Mix Project Teams to understand the evolution path and support the success of the project and support services

Qualifications

• English and Spanish required.
• IT Engineering Academic Background
• Experienced on IT Projects
• Development skills
• IT infrastructure background (Servers / Network)
• ServiceNow CMDB / Service Mapping knowledge desirable
• Soft Skills.
  • High analytical skills
  • Leadership skill to manage multidisciplinary teams
  • presentation skills, public speaking, self-motivated
