Job Description

Responsible of creating and capturing knowledge within the O2C Team. Team member with high collaboration with VCoE to structure and streamline processes as well as identifying standardization opportunities and recommending automation solutions.


Main Responsibilities

  • Knowledge management validation
  • Identify new knowledge creation
  • Detect and classify knowledge
  • Ensure validity and reliability of knowledge
  • Enable and validate policies and procedures
  • Active participation in onboarding new employees
  • Provide special trainings
  • Promote collaboration networks withing the O2C teams
  • Execute Benchmarking among regions & different industries
  • Ensure the replication of best practices
  • Streamline processes
  • Standardize processes
  • Implement automation of activities


Position Challenges

  • Influence other internal areas to adopt change
  • Thinking out of the box to propose alternative solutions to current processes
  • Persuade operational teams to completely change a process, adopt new technologies, and adopt recommendations from someone out of their teams.



  • English Proficiency
  • Bachelor in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.
  • Ideally Master Degree or certifications in process evolution such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Order to Cash related areas (ie. Commercial, Credit & Collections, Commercial Intelligence)
  • Team work, self-motivated, ability to influence others,  presentation skills, problem solving, critical thinking.
