Objective:
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner will have the responsibility of managing the main processes withing the Human Resources function including managing the recruitment, selection, training, and development processes of the employees, also to ensure the collection and maintenance of human resources information. Comply with established procedures and policies of the Integrated Management System, Labour Laws Occupational Safety & Health, and Environmental Regulations; along with maintaining a solid working relationship with all relevant governmental agencies.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Managing technology platforms, database programs and supporting HR management.
- Monitor compliance of initiatives and indicators in the HR Recruitment and Selection processes.
- Ensure the functioning of internal and external communication channels.
- Design, plan and implement programs that work with the retention and loyalty of employees (Internships, Scholarship Scheme, staff activities and Organizational Climate Survey).
- Structure and manage databases of Human Resources and Job creations.
- Implement process improvements and projects assigned to the area of HR.
- Design plans for recruitment and selection, to ensure the incorporation of high-quality human resources.
- Construct and oversee the budget of Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Compensation and Benefits.
- Collaborate with personnel in the implementation and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.
- Implement and execute the local Initiatives of Human Resources for all Business Units.
- Manage and conduct proper planning to ensure that the organization has competent staff through continuous training and development plans.
- Manage relationships with various service providers for staff, union, and governmental agencies.
- Oversees and manages the various activities for the staff.
- Overseen the overall payroll process.
- Management of leave and attendance.
- Establishes plans to maintain the correct execution of the organizational structure.
- Provide Support with Immigration processes for staff from overseas supporting our Operations.
Required Education / Expertise / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Administration, Psychology, or any related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate)
- Experience in staff management
- Knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Schedule flexibility
Required Experience:
Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Human Resources or equivalent field
