Project Objective

Support the planning and execution of Change Management and Communication initiatives for Digital Transformation programs within the Aggregates business. The intern will help drive awareness, engagement, training readiness, and user adoption for strategic digital solutions by developing communication materials, supporting stakeholder engagement activities, and contributing to change management strategies

 

Challenges for the Students

  • Supporting change management initiatives across diverse operational teams and business functions.
  • Understanding how digital transformation impacts end users and business processes.
  • Translating technical concepts into clear and engaging communications for different audiences.
  • Managing multiple communication campaigns and project workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, maintenance, quality, IT, and business teams.

 

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out

  • Support the development and execution of communication and change management plans for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Create communication materials such as newsletters, flyers, email campaigns, infographics, success stories, and presentations.
  • Assist in stakeholder mapping and audience segmentation activities.
  • Support training and adoption activities, including training logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain communication calendars and project communication repositories.
  • Research change management and communication best practices to support ongoing initiatives.
