Job Description

Support the CEMEX Go Online Store evolution & adoption globally from Global Commercial Development based on current goals and priorities, to allow provide a superior customer experience to our customer in all regions and reduce our cost to serve.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination within internal & external stakeholders
  • Fully understanding of current operating model & design of new digitalization opportunities
  • Documentation of new evolution requirements for CEMEX Go
  • Opportunity analysis for new business opportunities and features

  • Understand current processes & implement new models


  • Language Proficiency: Spanish and English (Advanced – C1 or equivalent)
  • Required:  Academic Background: Industrial Design, Engineering (General), Business Administration or related.
  • Years of Experience: 0 – 2 years in product management positions, business process, change management or sales management.
  • Capable work under constant change conditions and understand the interaction between internal process & business outcomes, focusing on customer experience.
  • Soft Skills: Self learning, Resilience, Data driven, Public Speaking, Stakeholders Management, Time Management, Presentation skills, Excel, Customer centric.
  • Desire: Technical Skills: Agile Methodology, Design Thinking Methodology, UX/UI, Power BI, Google Analytics
