Detailed Description of the Project

 

Project Objective

Support the execution of communication, training, and adoption strategies for multiple initiatives.

 

Challenges for the Students

  • Gain knowledge of change management methodologies.
  • Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies.

 

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out

  • Develop communication materials and toolkits.
  • Create training materials.
  • Measure and track adoption indicators and metrics.
  • Support the creation of videos and scripts.

 

Specific Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of change management methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative mindset.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot.
