Job Description

Provide business analysis, formulate recommendations to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas. Read and translate business needs into value generating performance management solutions and processes. Support and manage from end-to-end Commercial Development projects ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage cross functional/network/global projects for Commercial Development functional area.
  • Develop process and systems expertise in Lead to Cash processes
  • Perform: business process analysis and mapping, business case definition, “what if” scenarios mapping, on demand research about latest technologies, methodologies etc.
  • Identify and propose new project opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and innovate within CEMEX operations.
  • Execute global/regional/country consulting services in all phases: discovery, definition, development, and implementation.
  • Support CEMEX digitalization process, participating in projects related with new technologies, data models, artificial intelligence and IoT.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in: Finance, Administration, Engineer, Data Analytics, Information Technology or Programming.

- Languages: English & Spanish 100% proficient.

- Knowledge of PC Programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Share Point, Process Modelling tools: Visio, Blue Works, Programming Software, Power BI or Data Visualization

Technical skills: 

-1 to 2 years in Business analysis, process management, process improvement and project mgmt

- Previous experience in Business intelligence and reporting experience

- Basic knowledge in: Design Thinking, Service design Agile Management principles, change management

- Key finance management concepts awareness

- Understanding of ERP, CRM, or other key IT enterprise systems

 Soft Skills:

- Capable of interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams.

- Effective Communication, influencing and good presentation skills.

- Customer Service Oriented

- Have an innovative mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about driving change
