Job Description
The conservation administrator has the responsibilities to administrate and process worldwide orders of the annual nature book, keep the monthly administration for El Carmen Nature Reserve, support the process of conservation and biodiversity databases.
Main Responsibilities
- Process national (MX) and international nature books orders.
- Book inventory and book warehouse management.
- Account management and payment process for El Carmen Nature Reserve
- Prepare monthly expenses statements.
- Prepare and keep track of the annual budget.
- Process of conservation and biodiversity databases and surveys (Excel, Power BI).
- General administrative support for sustainability area.
Position Challenges
- Track and coordinate distribution of international and national book shipments.
- Analyze databases and prepare information with short notice.
- Keep in schedule payrolls for vendors and El Carmen staff.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Degree in accountability or administration (master’s in administration).
- Experience in administration, (5 years) import and exportation (3 years), database management (5 years).
- High proficiency in database management Excel, Power BI.
- Client services and solve problems orientated, self-motivated, proactive.
