Job Description

The Consultant plays a crucial role as part of the product management team. between stakeholders, operations, and the technical team, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value to our customers by designing & enabling functionalities for the digital product.

Main Responsibilities

• Design & develop the product vision & strategy for Cemex Go
• Prioritize & develop product features
• Responsible for the definition of the product roadmap
• Monitor & evaluate KPI´s
• Provide insights for better decision making
• Create material / present information to stakeholders
• Ensure documentation is accurate and available

Position Challenges

• Balance multiple priorities
• Coordinating & aligning the needs and expectations of our customers & stakeholders
• Translating data into actionable insights

Qualifications

• Fluent English
• Academic background: Bachelor´s degree related to business development, digital transformation, Innovation.
• +3 years in Digital projects background, consulting, business analyst

• Technical Skills essential for this role include proficiency in data analysis & interpretation, Excel capabilities, Epics & user stories creation, mappings (story mapping, customer journeys, process maps etc).
• Soft Skills for this role: Presentation skills, problem solving, pro-active manner, enthusiast for digital transformation, time & project management, highly engaged.
