Job Description

We are looking for a qualified digital professional to join our corporate communications team as a Content & Websites Advisor. You will be supporting the team in building sustainable frameworks, setting up processes, developing core competencies, and implementing industry-leading best practices in order to achieve our business objective. This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit who is well-versed at process optimization, and has a clear understanding of setting up an operation for scalable success. You will be expected to navigate a corporate environment; managing stakeholders, multiple business units across various time zones, and collaborating with other Corporate Areas and Business Units. You should perform well under deadlines, be supremely organized, and detail-oriented.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise agencies and teams that craft, edit, publish and share engaging creative collateral
  • Lead the company’s website strategy, including ongoing “Website Evolution” project
  • Manage global communications campaign rollouts across multiple regions & time zones
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer experience to ensure brand consistency
  • Implement efficiency-driven processes and scalable workstreams
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, digital content, design tools and applications
  • Support content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Collaborate with various teams to plan and develop web content, style and layouts
  • Execute content Quality Assurance checkpoints
  • Develop and manage global platforms project processes & sustainable support strategies

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Superior to Native English Proficiency a must
  • Academic Background (ideal bachelor degrees and master degrees) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Areas of expertise (specify ideally how many years of prior experience is needed per each area of expertise) 6 + years in digital content strategy development and implementation for major global brands or digital agency, advanced knowledge of website architecture, and working knowledge of social media ad buying strategy and execution.
  • Technical Skills required by role (specify any certifications required or ideal for position) Required: previous experience working with CMS, project management software (Jira or similar) Preferred: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch fluency. Google Adwords & Analytics Certification a serious plus.
  • Soft Skills (management, presentation skills, public speaking, self-motivated, etc.):
