Job Description
Lead and execute a comprehensive Data Culture program to foster a data-driven culture at Cemex. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance data awareness and analytical skills through targeted communication and training programs
Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across various countries, cultures, and backgrounds.
• Maintain a dynamic and evolving model that integrates comprehensive project information.
Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Academic Background: Analytics Master Degree or similar, +2 years in digital adoption areas or similar. Communication experience +4 years.
- Areas of expertise: Communication, Process & IT, Analytics, Adoption of digital tools.
- Technical Skills required by role: Proficiency in software for data collection and presentation, Advanced Excel skills, Knowledge of statistical programming, Ability to make data-driven decisions, Ability to summarize and present data effectively, Up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in data manipulation products and services.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated and highly engaged, Strong problem-solving skills, Passionate about digital technology, Ability to manage uncertainty, Critical thinking, Effective time management for projects and relationships.
Internal/External Relations
INTERNAL
- Regional and country areas such as: Customer Experience, Operations, GES, Supply Chain, HR.
- Engage with IT leaders in different regions and countries.
- Partner with leaders in data transformation areas such as Global Data Science and GES.
- Work closely with global operational leaders and teams.
EXTERNAL
- Manage relationships with suppliers supporting projects and commercial partners such as Neoris, Alation, and Snowflake.
