Job Description

As a Global Quote to Cash Digital Path Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities relating to researching, designing, and launching the Evolution of CEMEX Go OLS features & capabilities. The goal is to provide the digital product vision & digitalize the Quote to cash processes across regions as part of company digitalization strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• Design & develop the product vision and evolution roadmap strategy for CEMEX Go
• Prioritize backlog based on customer feedback strategy for CEMEX’s Digital process
• Communicate product insights & CEMEX Go evolution to stakeholders & operations
• Coordinate activities & plans with cross functional teams: Regional Cust. Experience / P&IT / Supply Chain development / UX/UI / Digital Customer Insights
• Define CEMEX Go success metrics & KPI’s
• Ensure that the CEMEX Go digital model & its evolution fulfill the Customer needs & satisfaction.
• Manage development budget to ensure an MVP aligned to strategy during the Discovery Phase (research, planning and strategy)

• Deep business concepts & comprehension of technical, including presentation to non-technical audience.
• Balance and prioritize roadmap efforts according to customer satisfaction & company’s targets.
• Coordinate successful product launches

Qualifications

• Language: Fluent English (Business conversation) C1
• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree related to business development, engineering (General), Innovation, Master degree (Desirable)
• Experience: +6 years in Digital project background, Innovation, Management, Business development
• At least 2 years leading cross functional work teams
