Job Description

Contribute in designing and delivering of our Talent Management processes and development programs focusing on creating, develop capabilities and further exposure and career options.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Connect with CEMEX Central audience worldwide to understand and address learning and development needs
  2. Coordinate with OHR- P&D – the launch, execution, follow-up, and closure our Talent Management processes (Performance, Talent Review, Succession)
  3. Identify succession gaps through data analysis and statistics based on our talent processes
  4. Responsible of coordinating and executing our Development Committee and Scholarship program.
  5. Ensure experience and content quality within forums and programs - analyzing audience reactions and progress towards desired career path
  6. Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates on-the-job training for new employees.

Position Challenges

  1. Working in coordination with different HR and area stakeholders
  2. Learning on the fly and developing solutions with little information
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Finding creative ways to develop learning solutions and making them available to a geographically dispersed workforce
  5. Data and learning technology management


  • 100% English and Spanish proficiency
  • Academic Background: BS oriented in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business related.
  • At least 3 years working experience in environments of Talent Planning and Development, or Data oriented.
  • Advanced Office 365 skills, understanding of learning technology platforms
  • Integrity, determination, creativity, ability to develop productive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, willingness to learn
