Job Description

Support in the design, development, and implementation of digital HR tools, platforms, apps & solutions aimed to improve our workforce experience at CEMEX.

Main Responsibilities

Workforce Experience

  • Evaluate enhancements, changes, and upgrades to ensure the integrity of the governance & operation model of the institutional core HR processes
  • Participate in design, development & implementation of digital HR tools, platforms, apps & solutions aimed to improve our workforce experience at CEMEX
  • Promote a Self-Service culture through the automation of processes, including redesigning activities, workflows, and transactions.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize initiatives
  • and promote a sustainable governance model
  • Establish effective working relationships with al internal & external collaborators to ensure a sustainable governance model thought our operation
  • Collaborate with external partners & third-party vendors
  • Analyze & prepare reports

Desired previous experience in: HR Transformation, HR core processes, process redesign, change management, platform deployments & implementations.
