Job Description

To provide the organization with clearly documented guidance on end-to-end processes internal controls through the effective communication of Company internal control activities in CEMEX Policy Center

To aid the department in their data analysis efforts, standardizing data, building visual models, and providing insights that can impact decision making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Enhancement of Internal controls documentation for Operative and Administrative E2E processes.
  • Mapping of processes and design of internal control matrices.
  • Improvement and management of Internal Control tools. (PPC and some others)
  • Support and follow-up in new company initiatives to ensure the control environment.
  • Data cleaning and visualization for the different projects of the department.
  • Internal controls automatization.

Position Challenges

  • Understanding of the processes of the different areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Understand and center on customer needs.
  • Implementation of ESG Internal Control frameworks and applicable regulations.


  • Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s in accounting or finance
  • 1 year of experience in Data Analysis
  • Technical Skills:  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.), BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Soft Skills: effective verbal/written communication, proactive, team player, problem solving, self-motivation
