Job Description

The SCA&C IT Services and Delivery Administrator is primarily responsible for the technology business management office.  The role covers IT financials, regional vendor management, IT asset administration, and IT budget control.  It also includes coordinating the executive support function to be delivered by the outsourcing partner.  Primordial to the role is to ensure business-IT alignment to execute on the company’s business priorities, control budget and expenses, and build long-term business relationships with different IT and business partners within the SCA&C region. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Assure that operational and reporting SLAs are being met.
  • Responsible for the consolidation and follow-up of Local IT Budget and chargeback.
  • Manage the regional delivery metrics and KPIs and perform follow-up with outsourcing vendor.
  • Monitors services provided by the outsourced partners.
  • IT asset management.
  • IT vendor and supply chain management.
  • Provide support and information to consolidate regional presentations, meeting with key stakeholders
  • Escalate issues and progress on regional projects

Position Challenges

  • Manage a mixed environment of legacy environment and the increasing demand for digitalization – with emphasis on generating efficiencies related to the budget performance by looking for opportunities to optimize cost. 
  • Support the complex and constantly evolving regional business requirements, keeping track and working with many different teams and business lines.
  • Capacity to consolidate country-based information and deliver an integrated regional approach

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT Business Administration and Financial Management experience.
  • Experience in ITIL and Continuous Improvement methodologies. 
  • College degree (in IT, Computer Engineering, Finance, or Management).
  • Well-versed with SAP, Office 365, Power BI, and process automations.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).

INTERNAL:

  • GES Financial Business Analysts GES - budget performance review & optimization
  • P&IT Planning Analyst - budget proposals & optimization
  • Regional Business Analysts - identity IT CAPEX/OPEX necessities by creating business cases
  • Procurement – IT vendor negotiation strategies and tactics

 

EXTERNAL:

  • Outsourcing partners (IBM, HCL, Neoris) - consumption control, billing, and disputes.
  • Telecom sales and billing department - Telecommunication services management (both for landline and mobile phones)
