Job Description

As a Maintenance and Critical Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing solutions to facilities operational infrastructure as well as day-to-day operations. You be managing a maintenance team in various disciplines, and coordinating external contractors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure the continuous functioning and maintenance of all critical infrastructure systems (such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
  • Emergency Response: Plan and coordinate responses to infrastructure emergencies, including disaster recovery strategies.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all practices adhere to Health anda Safety standards
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.

Position Challenges

  • Provide a service-oriented maintenance approach
  • Provide a multiplier effect towards a safety oriented operation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in infrastructure maintenance or a similar role, typically requiring at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of building systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Technical training and certifications relevant to facility management and critical infrastructure systems are highly advantageous
