Job Description

Manage Global Deployment Cross-Track Services In coordination with Regional Process & IT to all regions / countries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the global design of solutions making sure the regional deployment needs are included
  • Coordinates the Master Data requirements for new global solutions to be implemented.
  • Manage the Global Deployment activities for CEMEX Go Track & Drivers releases in the countries.
  • Coordinates the CEMEX Go support for go-lives & stabilization.
  • Manage proactive analysis and coordinate actions required to increase efficiency & accuracy on CEMEX Go Track & GPSs status
  • Manage the Global deployment of Digital-touch initiatives like: Walkme, Olivia Chatbot, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Coordinate CEMEX Go translations of new fields, screens, texts, etc.  across teams & countries
  • Coordinate Global Roadmaps & Plans updates

Position Challenges

  • Managing many parallel initiatives with tight plans (timelines).
  • Global role which implies working with different cultures & time zones
  • Deployments may require working on weekends


  • English & Spanish (Proficiency Level)
  • Academic Background (ideal bachelor’s degrees and master’s degrees)
  • Areas of expertise (CEMEX Businesses & Processes Knowledge, Digital Transformation, Process & IT) – Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Technical Skills required by role (ideal for position: CEMEX Go & SAP)
  • Soft Skills (ownership, teamwork, project-management, verbal and written communications skills, effective presentation skills, self-motivated, etc.)
