Job Description

Responsible for leading and executing all the pre onboarding, onboarding, and post onboarding strategy for: new and current digital projects, and new releases of CEMEX Go functionalities in collaboration with local operations in their respective countries. Tasks to develop will include the design and elaboration of deliverables for the onboarding strategies of digital functionalities that are part of the portfolio project of Global Commercial Development. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand the objective and purpose of the digital project.
  • Elaborate the Project Narrative.
  • Generate Impacted Audience Matrix.
  • Prepare and design; emails, videos, flyers & webinars related to onboarding.
  • Plan & execute required workshops for the onboarding strategy.
  • Prepare and design course programs.
  • Prepare the adoption strategy and plan.
  • Work in coordination with the local CEMEX Go teams to mobilize the adoption plan.
  • Prepare and execute the sponsorship roadmap.

Position Challenges

  • Resistance from the local CEMEX Go officer when translations are required for training materials. 
  • Difficulty to gain engagement with the areas that the position interact.
  • Kee up with all the ongoing projects.  


  • Advanced English & Spanish
  • Bacherlor's degree in Arts or related
  • At least 1 year of experience is required. Prior experience with the elaboration of communication strategies as well as learning strategies related to digital projects and be able to execute them.
