Job Description

Leads the design and delivery of digital and analytics products that enable smarter, faster, and more scalable decision-making across the procurement lifecycle. The role acts as the product owner for procurement intelligence solutions, defining the roadmap, use cases, and priorities for analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI-driven tools. It also leads the procurement analytics team responsible for developing and maintaining data products and insights used across the organization. Working closely with data governance, data engineering, and procurement stakeholders, the position ensures that procurement data is translated into actionable insights, decision intelligence, and digital capabilities that support sourcing strategies, supplier management, and procurement performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the roadmap for procurement digital and analytics products, aligning priorities with procurement strategy and business needs.
  • Act as product owner for procurement intelligence solutions, including the Procurement Cockpit, analytics dashboards, and decision-support tools.
  • Lead and develop the procurement analytics team responsible for building dashboards, insights, and analytics products supporting procurement decision-making.
  • Identify and prioritize analytics and AI use cases that enhance sourcing decisions, supplier insights, risk monitoring, and procurement performance.
  • Translate procurement business questions into product requirements, coordinating with data engineers and data scientists to develop scalable analytics and AI solutions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of procurement digital products, including design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure procurement products deliver reliable and actionable insights by collaborating with Data Governance and Master Data teams on data definitions and data quality.

  • Driving adoption of analytics and AI solutions across procurement teams with different levels of data maturity.

Qualifications

Languages

  • English: Business-fluent written and spoken.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree or specialization in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Business Analytics is a plus.
