Job Description

Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of corporate and project financing initiatives. Conduct financial analysis for strategic investments and corporate initiatives, contribute to the structuring and execution of project finance transactions, assess optimal funding structures, and assist in the development of financial models and preparation of presentations and materials for internal decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams and external financial institutions to support capital allocation decisions aligned with the company’s financial strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate corporate investments and project finance opportunities
  • Analyze project cash flows, funding structures, and key financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, WACC and DSCR
  • Support the structuring and execution of project financing transactions, including coordination with lenders and advisors
  • Evaluate different financing alternatives (bank debt, capital markets, partnerships, or hybrid structures)
  • Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and executive presentations for senior management
  • Conduct market and financial analysis to assess funding conditions and investor appetite

  • Structuring financing solutions that balance risk, return, and capital efficiency
  • Coordinating multiple stakeholders across finance, legal, strategy, and external advisors
  • Managing large amounts of financial data and building robust financial models
  • Adapting financing structures to changing macroeconomic conditions such as interest rate movements or market volatility
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial analysis used for strategic investment decisions

Qualifications

    • Languages:
      • English
      • Spanish
    • Academic Background:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering with interest in Finance
      • Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration (optional)

    • Technical Skills required by role.
      • Strong command of Microsoft 365 (mainly Excel & Powerpoint, Power BI preferred)
      • Knowledge of Bloomberg terminal (preferred)
