Job Description
The role is responsible for governing Production area business entities, master data, KPIs and shared data assets. The role ensures consistent definitions, data quality, traceability and alignment across enterprise data platforms, semantic models and analytics solutions. Working with business, Smart Operations and technical teams, the position enables trusted data products that support reporting, analytics, AI-driven solutions and data-driven decision making across production processes.
Main Resposibilities
- Lead the governance and evolution of Production business entities, master data, KPIs and shared data assets, ensuring consistent definitions, ownership, traceability and business alignment.
- Drive data quality, compliance and continuous improvement by identifying risks, defining remediation strategies and monitoring governance outcomes.
- Lead data enablement for Smart Operations initiatives, providing guidance on data foundations, analytics capabilities, AI-driven solutions, semantic models and operational intelligence.
- Oversee data documentation, metadata, business glossaries, data dictionaries and catalog content to ensure transparency, reuse and enterprise consistency.
- Provide guidance on KPI governance to ensure definitions, calculation logic, reporting outputs and performance metrics remain aligned with operational objectives and enterprise standards.
- Influence business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies and deliver production data and analytics capabilities.
- Champion data governance standards, data literacy and responsible data-driven decision making across production and Smart Operations teams.

Position Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Master's degree or specialization in Data, Analytics, Operations or Digital Transformation is preferred.
Professional Experience
- Significant experience in data governance, data management, KPI governance, analytics enablement and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience with Production, Manufacturing, Operations or similar operational environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Functional & Technical Expertise
- Data governance, master data, data quality, KPI governance and performance management.
- Business entity definition, data modeling, semantic models, metadata management and information architecture.
- Operational analytics, self-service data, data catalogs and governance frameworks.
- Advanced SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Knowledge of near real-time information flows generated by IoT devices, sensors and operational systems, including their integration into enterprise data platforms for analytics and decision making.
