Internship Description:
Project Objective: Working closely with Corporate Strategic Planning to develop ideas and deliver insights for decision-making. The project aims to provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding of a high-level assessment of the company´s operations (known as the Business Performance Review), learning about key financial indicators and translating complex business ideas and concepts into simple terms. 
Challenges for the Student: Requires fast-paced learning, attention to detail, and management of large amounts of data. Translating numeric information into insights for decision making. 

Main Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Support the Strategic Planning team in the preparation of presentation materials for senior management
  • Work closely with Strategic Planning teams to develop ideas and provide effective communication to support key company-wide issues
  • Analyzing and consolidating financial datasets with the main KPIs from operations
  • Translating data into insights for high-level decision making
  • In team problem-solving, work with stakeholders to craft and polish business narratives and support materials

Specific requirements, technical and soft skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Structured thinking
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and strong communication skills
  • Student of Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

Work Hours:

Monday to Firday 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
