Job Description

Enable the Social Impact Network to manage, measure and report back to headquarters on social impact metrics more efficiently and effectively through designing cutting edge tools and guidelines and providing the users with personalized support. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Systematize, ideate, and simplify the communication process towards the goal’s achievement.
  • Social Impact platform and Academy management
  • Develop relevant visualizations and multiple digital learning materials.
  • Design and develop online training tools.
  • Upgrading current systems to keep up with needs of the social impact network

Stakeholder experience

  • Develop digital capabilities through training.
  • Design and develop online courses.
  • Build digital stakeholder dialogue proposals.
  • Digital social marketing
  • Engage audiences to shift culture mindset.

Position Challenges

  • Main challenges that this role will face, such as aggressive time lines, influencing other areas, etc.
  • Adapt face-to-face tools to the digital environment

Qualifications

Any requirement for this role, you may divide these into:

  • Spanish fluent, English fluent
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT software engineering systems, data science, systems and industrial engineering, computational technologies engineer or other related field
  • Areas of expertise (5 years’ experience managing digital transformation processes, lean development, building tool to streamline, programming (DAX, SQL, MDX, R, Python Java, C++ or similar), designing IT systems, leading social marketing, training & learning, instructional design)
  • Technical Skills required by role (cross-functional communications, tool design, online instructional design, writing user manuals, user centered design, planning, IT systems, social marketing)
