Project Objective

- Supporting and driving cultural change and the adoption of new initiatives
- Help ensure consistent messaging, effective adoption, and meaningful impact across regions.
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out
- Design and support change management and culture-related campaigns aligned with company priorities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Create communication materials such as toolkits, presentations, and SharePoint sites to support global and regional initiatives.
- Coordinate and support workshops, training, and events that promote an inclusive and engaging organizational culture.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment toward shared culture goals.
