Work hours: Between 25- 30 hours a week

Contract: Minimum of 6 months with the option of extension.

Internship Description:

Project Objective: Support OHR Planning and ETHOS Processes

Challenges for the Student: Project Management, Data Analysis, and gaining experience in Excel and Power BI

Main responsibilities and activities: 

• Manage global talent database
• Analyze talent information and develop different KPI´s
• Improve and update Talent Management Dashboards
• Support team with administrative tasks
• ETHOS databases support

Abilities, Strengths, and Skill Sets:

• 100% English 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Proficient in Power BI (or willingness to learn)
• Proactive, team player, self-directed, self-learner
