Job Summary

The Clerk will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering and maintaining records.  As well as other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing interoffice memos and drafting emails
  • Reconcile department budget and generate reports
  • Greet visitors in a prompt and friendly fashion
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Process appropriate paperwork to pay vendor invoices
  • Perform general office duties, including faxing, copying, scanning and filing
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • High School diploma or GED required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal, writing and reading comprehension skills
  • Should have knowledge of basic Microsoft Office 36
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Working Conditions

  • Normal office environment

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking
