Job Summary

Manage day–to-day service delivery of the service provider to ensure we are providing world class service to our customers, vendors and other stakeholders.  Execute the service elements out of scope of the service provider as well as manage projects, blueprint new services meeting business requirements.  Ensure all audit controls and compliance is adhered to according to CEMEX narratives. 

Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate operation improvement projects and activities according to deliverables and recommend cost savings.  Scope and implement improvements in all processes, services, measurements and communications

 

Review, manage and ensure compliance controls are being adhered to both within Transactional Services Team, service provider as well as in the business.  Provide measurements and compliance reporting to the business.  Manage audit requests for internal and external auditors

 

Govern and manage service delivery of service provider.   Work as a partnership with vendor management for a united approach to delivery- one team-one dream

Qualifications

  • Make critical decisions bases on facts as it relates to exceptions in all receivable processes
  • Address elevated concerns raised from the business regarding services, processes, measurements etc.
  • Adhering to all governance and sox compliance requirements
  • Train, develop and maintain key staff members
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Strong leadership and business decision making skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Improvement focus skills
  • Effective vendor/client collaboration skills/ability to resolve conflicts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or lifetime business experience
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • 3-5 years receivables, banking or related field

Working Conditions

  • Able to work extended hours as necessary
  • Able to work with standard office/computer Equipment
  • Capable of working in an open office environment
  • Capable of working in very close quarters

Physical Requirements

  • Capable of standing on feet for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to speak clearly and be understood by customers and associates
