SMART INNOVATION ANALYST

We are looking for a talented professional to staff the position of Smart Innovation Analyst who will contribute & participate in the monitor & oversee CEMEX innovation portfolio & also to generate analyses that support the decision making processfor CEMEX’s venture buildings.

Principales responsabilidades

• Prepare periodic reports (Power BI) analyzing CEMEX Innovation Portfolio
•  Prepare financial information & budget tracking for CEMEX’s venture buildings.

Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economy, Engineer or equivalent field of study.

• No previous working experience is required (graduated from College).

• Proficient in Microsoft programs with strong emphasis in developing Microsoft Power BI dashboards & managing complex Excel files.

Technical Skills:

• Well known financial statements & business planning expertise Managerial Skills:

• Strongly driven self motivated and hard working.

• lnterpersonal skills: Honesty and Charismatic.

• Observation: Ability to pay attention to specific details.

• Ability to work with multicultural teams.

• Solid communication skills: Able to transmit ideas and takeaways.

- Internal Relations:

Listing of all internal areas with which this role interacts (areas, business units, etc.)

- External Relations:

Country Planning Teams, Controllership, GES and venture building staff.
